Development and use of method of measurement based on TR-FIA and Elisa. Production and categorising of monoclonal antibodies by Biacore and enzyme kinetic assays. Protein chemical analysis of cell - and tumour extracts and urine by Western Blotting and immunaffinitetsoprensning (immune affinity pruning).
