Purification and characterisation of recombinant proteins using different equipment and methods. AKTA purifier/HPLC, SDS-PAGE, immune blotting, ImageQuant, Enzymatic- and chemical modifications, Maldi-TOF MS/MS, Biacore3000, Time Resolved Fluorometry, ANS fluorescence.
